About me

I put the Tara in Bakes By Tara, and in addition to baking up an abundance of tasty treats I am a busy young mum of three energetic boys. I have a passion for all things creative. I got my first taste of cake making & decorating as a young child before I could even see above the countertop. All be it, back then they never looked well, and probably tasted even worse. Thankfully now I can say the opposite. No pressure! Needless to say, I was hooked from the first day. With that Bakes By Tara was born and from those early days has grown from strength to strength.
